1. Description of Services & Platform Architecture

WistonPlug ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our") operates a high-speed digital telecommunications, VTU recharge, bill payment aggregator, and software utility platform. Our platform delivers:

• VTU Telecom Services: Automated mobile airtime recharge, wholesale data bundles (SME, Gifting, Direct Corporate) for licensed operators (MTN, Airtel, Glo, 9mobile).
• Utility & Cable Subscriptions: Prepaid/postpaid electricity token generation (DISCOs) and multichannel TV renewals (DStv, GOtv, StarTimes).
• Virtual Temporary Numbers & Line Verification: Short-term and extended rental phone lines for inbound SMS OTP verification testing across third-party web platforms.
• Digital Accounts & Growth Utilities: Verified account access, digital lifestyle tools, and social growth boosting utilities.

2. Eligibility & Account Security

• Age Requirements: You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to enter into this contract.
• Account Confidentiality: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials (username, email, password, and transaction PIN). All transactions authorized under your credentials shall be deemed executed by you.
• Accurate Information: You agree to provide true, accurate, and current information. Impersonating any person or entity is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate termination.

3. Acceptable Use Policy & Strictly Prohibited Conduct

In accordance with Google Play Developer Distribution Policies and Apple App Store Review Guidelines (Section 1.2 User Safety), users are strictly prohibited from utilizing WistonPlug for unlawful, predatory, or malicious purposes:

• Zero Tolerance for Fraud & Financial Crime: You may not use virtual numbers or VTU services to commit identity theft, bank fraud, wire fraud, phishing, SIM-box operations, or unlawful scams.
• Anti-Spam & Harassment: Using virtual lines or telecommunication tools to transmit bulk unsolicited messages, robocalls, stalking, or harassment is strictly prohibited.
• System Abuse & Reverse Engineering: You may not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our servers, inject malicious code, launch DDoS attacks, or reverse-engineer API endpoints.
• Law Enforcement Compliance: We proactively cooperate with verified law enforcement agencies in criminal investigations involving fraud or unauthorized activity on our network.

4. Virtual Numbers & OTP Reception Conditions

• Temporary Nature: Unless explicitly purchased as a Long-Term Dedicated Rental, virtual phone numbers are ephemeral, one-time lines designed for inbound verification receipts.
• Automated Refund Guarantee: If an ordered virtual number fails to receive a valid SMS verification code within the designated timeout window (typically 15 to 20 minutes), the entire order fee is automatically credited back to your WistonPlug wallet balance.
• VPN Disclaimer: Certain third-party platforms actively flag or restrict account creation originating from recognized VPN, Tor, or proxy IP nodes. We strongly advise users not to use VPNs while ordering or verifying numbers.

5. Financial Transactions, Wallet Balances & Refunds

• Prepaid Digital Wallet: Funds deposited into your WistonPlug wallet represent digital stored value used exclusively for purchases on our platform.
• Payment Gateways: Deposits made via automated payment partners (including Monnify, PaymentPoint, and authorized crypto gateways) are credited automatically upon network confirmation.
• Refunds: Detailed provisions governing refunds, failed utility deliveries, and disputed transactions are set forth in our Refund Policy. In the event of a telco network timeout where value is deducted without data/airtime receipt, auto-reversals are initiated within 24 hours.

7. Termination & Account Deletion

• User-Initiated Deletion: You have the absolute right to terminate your account and request complete data erasure at any time in compliance with Apple App Store Guideline 5.1.1(v) and Google Play account deletion policies. This can be executed in-app via Profile → Delete Account or by contacting support@wistonplug.com.
• Company-Initiated Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts engaging in fraudulent activities, terms violations, abusive chargebacks, or illicit conduct, with immediate effect.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WISTONPLUG DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL WISTONPLUG, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR PARTNERS BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR THIRD-PARTY SERVICE DOWNTIME) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without giving effect to conflict-of-law principles. Any unresolved disputes arising hereunder shall be submitted to confidential and binding mediation or arbitration in accordance with applicable commercial arbitration rules.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to amend or replace these Terms at our discretion. Notice of substantial revisions will be provided through in-app alerts, website banners, or email. Continued utilization of our services following effective changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
